At Home 8 Week Booty Building Program
The entire program can be done at home with just dumbbells and bands! Three glute-focused workouts per week (Day 1, Day 3, Day 5), I’ve also added in two bonus upper body workouts per week to focus on balanced development of the upper body while complementing your glute-building program!
This 8 week program can be stretched over 16 weeks for better results. I know following the same plan for weeks on end can be boring but, boring gets results. Consistently hitting the same exercises while progressively increasing the weight/resistance will help you get stronger which in turn will lead to muscle growth!
