I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins first with changing your relationship with food and second, discovering ways to incorporate more movement into your life without making it a chore. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, ability, and schedule, guide you through the ins and outs of macros tracking, and hold you accountable every step of the way. My holistic approach to fitness and health will teach you that you can reach your goals without adopting any unsustainable dietary restrictions or crazy workout regimens.

If you are looking for a quick fix, I may not be the coach for you. Real, lasting results take time and consistency. "Things that come easy won't last and what lasts won't come easy"!

I teach my clients how to use tracking macronutrients as a tool to reach their wellness goals without giving up the foods they love. But the real long term goal is to be able to eat intuitively (no weighing or tracking food ever again) while maintaining their progress!
